  • Aguachill may cancel or limit quantities of any order at our discretion

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of:

  • unauthorized resale
  • abusive purchasing behavior
  • policy violations

If an order is canceled after payment authorization, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Customization & Laser Engraving

Customized and laser engraved products are made specifically for each customer.

By submitting personalized content, you agree that:

  • you own or have permission to use submitted names, logos, text, or artwork
  • your content does not infringe on trademarks, copyrights, or third-party rights
  • your content does not contain unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate material

Aguachill reserves the right to reject customization requests at our discretion.

Important:

  • personalized products are final sale
  • engraving text, fonts, and artwork are customer responsibility
  • Aguachill is not responsible for customer spelling or formatting errors once production begins

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Aguachill is not responsible for:

  • carrier delays
  • weather disruptions
  • lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery
  • incorrect shipping addresses submitted by customers

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier acceptance of the shipment.

Returns & Refunds

Standard Products

Unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to approval.

Customized Products

Personalized and engraved items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless:

  • defective
  • damaged during shipment
  • incorrect due to Aguachill error

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including:

  • logos
  • branding
  • product designs
  • images
  • graphics
  • text
  • website content

is the property of Aguachill and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is prohibited.

User Content
