We’ve got your back too — every legit Aguachill products ( yep, bought from us or one of our authorized sellers in the U.S.) comes with lifetime warranty against any manufacturer defects.

Basically, if your Aguachill gears were used normally, cared for right, and still had an “ uh-oh ” moment, you’re covered, as long as you own it, we’ve got you. 

What’s Not Covered

Okay real talk, our warranty is awesome, but it doesn’t cover everything. Here’s what’s not part of the deal:

• Stuff like fires, floods, or natural disasters (we’re not superheroes... yet)

• Anything that’s not stainless steel

• Fake or knockoff products — no dupes allowed

• Normal wear & tear — we consider any scratches or dents that appear as the stainless steel material's patina.

• Damage from not following the care instructions (we made ‘em for a reason!)

• Mods or tweaks you made post-purchase — like engraving, add-on accessories, etc.

• Accidents, misuse, or just treating your bottle like a chew toy (pls don’t)
