Shipping & Order Processing

At Aguachill, we work hard to deliver your order as quickly and accurately as possible.

Processing Time

  • Standard orders typically process within 1–3 business days
  • Customized laser engraving orders typically process within 3–5 business days
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day

During high-volume launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods

We currently ship through trusted carriers including:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Shipping options and delivery estimates are displayed at checkout.

Estimated Transit Times

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed once the package has been transferred to the carrier.

Free Shipping

U.S. Orders

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $75
  • Free shipping promotions may apply during special events

Engraving Orders

Customized and laser engraved products are made specifically for each customer.

Please note:

  • Engraved orders may require additional production time
  • Once production begins, engraving details cannot be modified
  • Personalized items are final sale unless defective or incorrect

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Aguachill is not responsible for:

  • delayed delivery caused by incorrect addresses
  • lost packages due to customer address errors
  • carrier delays after shipment

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive:

  • shipping confirmation email
  • tracking number
  • carrier tracking link

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed:

  • contact the shipping carrier first
  • then contact Aguachill support for assistance

While we will help investigate shipping issues, Aguachill is not liable for carrier-related delays once orders have shipped.

Return & Cancellation Policy

Non-Customized Products

Unused standard products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Customized / Engraved Products

Due to personalization:

  • engraved items are non-returnable and non-refundable
  • exceptions apply only for manufacturing defects or order errors
