Returns? No Stress.

We totally get it — sometimes things just don’t vibe. If your bottle or accessory is unused, still in its original packaging, and looking good-as-new, you can send it back within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Just hit up our Customer Service team to get started (have your order info handy!).
BTW — we don’t do exchanges, so refund is the move.

What We Can’t Take Back:

  • Stuff that’s been used or has gunk/residue inside

  • Anything missing its labels or packaging

  • Items damaged from misuse (yikes!)

  • Returns with no receipt or order number

A Few More Things:

  • Return shipping? That’s on you — unless we messed up

  • No shipping label provided (sorry!)

  • No restocking fees though — we’re chill like that

  • If you send back a used item, it’s not coming back. You might get a partial refund, but no promises
