Items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in like-new condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Simply reach out to our Customer Service team to get started, and please have your order number handy. At this time, we do not offer exchanges, so refunds are the best way to make things right.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, items must:

• Be unused and in like-new condition
• Include all original packaging, labels, and accessories
• Be accompanied by a valid order number or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for:

• Products that have been used or show signs of wear, residue, or damage
• Items missing original packaging, labels, or components
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or accidents
• Returns without an order number or proof of purchase

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we made an error with your order.
• We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels.
• No restocking fees — because keeping things stress-free is part of staying chill.
• Returns received in used or unsellable condition may be subject to a partial refund or may not qualify for a refund.
