Yes, you gotta wash your water bottle daily, every. single. day. Even if it’s “just water” in there... bacteria still be lurking. Good news? Our bottles are dishwasher safe, so you don’t have to stress.
Toss the plastic lid and plastic bottle on the top rack and the stainless steel bottle on the bottom, hit start and let it do its thing.
Prefer the old-school way? Even better, hand-wash with warm, soapy water like a champ and avoid using harsh chemicals or bleach.

Short answer: Nope. Not the bottle. But your coffee mug? Totally. Here’s the deal:
Our bottles with straws or spouts aren’t made for hot drinks. The straw pulls liquid from the bottom — where it’s HOTTER — and that can surprise scorch your mouth real fast. Ouch. Plus, heat = pressure. That means leaks, sudden sprays, or even the lid snapping open like a drama queen. Nobody wants a coffee explosion. BUT, if you’re rocking one of our insulated coffee mugs, those are made to handle the heat. Sip safe, stay chill.

Stainless Steel body, No! Tritan body, No!

You can totally pop your bottle in the fridge to keep things chill. But the freezer’s a no-go, liquids expand when frozen, and that could mess up your bottle’s insulation.

Yup, you can... but proceed with caution, fizz fam. Our bottles can handle bubbly drinks, but carbonation = pressure. That means you might get a surprise leak or soda splash when you pop that lid. So go ahead and fizz it up, just open slowly, don’t shake it like a soda bomb, and keep your face (and your fit) safe.

Technically yes… but don’t let it hang out too long. Our stainless steel bottles are insulated (yay!), but not temp-controlled like your fridge. That means dairy can spoil, ferment, and even build up pressure — not a vibe. So if you’re rolling with milk, drink it fast, clean it quick, and follow food safety rules like a boss.
